Hi, my name is Evelyn Gaguancela. I was born and raised in Newark, NJ. I come from a proud, hardworking family! I graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2021 and have worked in the medical field for almost a year. I chose to work in the medical field because I want in the future to be able to transition to a neonatal nurse.

I love helping people, and I would like to be able to help new mothers with their babies. I have been with the LenoyMED at Belleville for about a year already, and ‘ ‘I’ve had many great experiences with many of our patients.

Also, that has made me realize how amazing it is working with our team! We at LenoyMED will always ensure that every patient is treated with the best care and, most importantly, like a family!

Veronica Barzallo

Hello, my name is Veronica Barzallo. I was born in Ecuador and raised in Spain. I came to the USA when I was 16 years old. I always knew that I wanted to study and have a career with which I could have a better future.

I thought about studying law, education, or medicine because I like to help people. In the end, I decided on medicine and to start. I graduated as a clinical medical assistant in 2021. Weeks later, I started working at LenoyMED almost a year ago.

With this great opportunity, I joined what is not just a job. It is like a family. I am a hardworking person who learns quickly and can work in a team or as an individual. I enjoy doing what I do, and I have learned that although we are all human beings, some of us need more help or patience than others, which is why I am concerned and do my best to make our patients feel comfortable and satisfied with our services.

Also, that has made me realize how amazing it is working with our team! We at LenoyMED will always ensure that every patient is treated with the best care and, most importantly, like a family!

Cancellation and no-show policy

Our office strives to make patient care a top priority and thus does not double/over book appointment times. An integral part of providing our patients with the best care possible is patient compliance with appointments.

A no-show fee will be assessed to the patient’s account if 24 hours (or on Friday for a Monday appointment) is not provided for cancellation or if an appointment is missed with no notification. Multiple no shows or same-day cancellations will result in higher no-show charges for each missed appointment and may result in dismissal from the practice.

  • There is a $50 charge for a missed initial visit to establish care with our office. If a second initial visit is missed the appointment will not be rescheduled.
  • There is a $25 charge for the first missed return appointment.
  • There is a $50 charge for the second missed return appointment.
  • If a third appointment is missed, the patient may be considered noncompliant with follow up, which may result in dismissal from the practice.

No show fees are considered the responsibility of the patient and will not be billed to insurance companies or other medical billing agencies. All no-show fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled. Payments can be made in the office, over the phone with a credit/debit card, or mailed into the office. Once payment is received, we are happy to reschedule an appointment for the first available time with your physician. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
